This car park has a privileged location in the Barrio de las Letras, next to the Renfe Madrid-Atocha station. In the vicinity of the Homely Atocha Parking, accessible via Cenicero Street nº 13, you will find notable places such as the Teatro Kapital, Caixaforum Madrid, the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, the Botanical Garden, the Cuesta de Moyano, the Prado Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum.
IMPORTANT: This car park, located in the Barrio de las Letras, is part of the Special Protection Low Emissions Zone (ZBEDEP Madrid 360). To enter this area, your vehicle must have one of the 3 environmental labels. If you do not have it, you can purchase it at any Post Office. When accessing our parking, our license plate recognition system registers your vehicle and sends the information to the City Council control center, avoiding possible sanctions.
