IMPORTANT: This car park, located in the Barrio de las Letras, is part of the Special Protection Low Emissions Zone (ZBEDEP Madrid 360). To enter this area, your vehicle must have one of the 3 environmental labels. If you do not have it, you can purchase it at any Post Office. When accessing our car park, our license plate recognition system registers your vehicle and sends the information to the City Council's control center, avoiding possible sanctions.
